OUR SATISFACTION POLICY is plain and simple: 100% satisfaction guaranteed - you may return any item for cash refund or exchange. If you are not happy, we are not happy.
SHIPPING POLICY and PROCEDURE: We will attempt to ship all orders within 48 hours. Please allow 7 - 10 days for delivery. All international orders are subject to identity verification. In case of special circumstances we will be ready to arrange the best possible delivery method available at the time of order.
SALES TAX: Non-clothing items shipped within Pennsylvania will be charged with a 6% sales tax.
MINIMUM ORDER: Please note: due to processing costs there is a $5.00 minimum per order.
